Created at 18:00 on 24 December, “An evening” opens at midnight, “Tomorrow” on 25 December at 18:00 and “Weekend” on 27 December at 18:00. With “Choose the day and time”, 25 December at 12:00 opens it around Christmas lunch.

Do guests need an account?+
No. Guests open the link or scan the QR code, type a first name and start shooting from their browser. Nobody needs an account or an app to join. Only the host creates the capsule, in the Sealed app.
Do guests have to download an app?+
No. Guests open your link or scan the QR code and shoot from their phone browser. There is nothing to install and no account, only a first name. They can also use the free Sealed app on iPhone or Android and join with the six-character code. Everyone shoots into the same capsule and it opens for everyone at the same time. You create the capsule in the Sealed app.
Can we use it for a work Christmas party?+
Yes. Colleagues join with the link or the QR code and a first name, no account. Only people who joined the capsule see the album after it opens, and everything is deleted 30 days after the opening. Tell the team before the first photo that a capsule is running.
Can the capsule open on Christmas morning?+
Yes. In the app choose the day and time: any day from today to 13 days ahead, at 9:00, 10:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, 20:00, 22:00 or 23:00. Created on Christmas Eve, a capsule can open on 25 December at 10:00 or 12:00. The host can push the time later, never sooner.

Where are the photos stored?+
Photos of a shared capsule go to the Sealed server so that every member sees the same reveal. The server never shows a photo before opening, not even to the person who took it, and everything in a shared capsule is deleted 30 days after it opens.
Can guests add photos from their camera roll?+
No. Every photo is shot live inside Sealed, without preview or filter. That is what keeps the reveal honest.
How much does Sealed cost?+
Sealed is free to download on iPhone and Android and the first capsule is free. After that, creating more capsules needs Sealed Plus, a subscription shown at your store’s price inside the app. Joining a capsule never costs anything.
