Sealed (the "app") is published by the studio Ivryn (Victor Laybats). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These are our published standards for preventing, detecting and responding to such content and behaviour, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
The following are strictly forbidden on Sealed:
Sealed is intended for users aged 13 and over (16+ where local law requires). It is not directed to children and is not designed for use by children under 13.
Anyone, user or not, can report suspected CSAE or CSAM to us at contact@victorlaybats.com. We review reports promptly. Where content or conduct violates these standards, we remove the content and ban the account(s) involved. As the app adds shared, cross-device features, an in-app reporting and blocking mechanism will be provided so users can flag content and people directly.
We comply with applicable child-safety laws. Where we identify or are made aware of apparent CSAM, we act to remove it, preserve relevant information as required, and report it to the appropriate authorities and child-safety organisations (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, NCMEC, and/or local law enforcement). We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Sealed is local-first: photos are captured from the camera and stay on the user's device until a capsule is opened. These standards apply to any content that is shared with others through the app. Prevention measures scale with the product: as group and sharing features are introduced, we add the corresponding moderation, reporting and enforcement tools.
Child-safety matters, including reports and questions about these standards, can be sent to our designated contact: contact@victorlaybats.com.
