Sealed (the "app") is published by the studio Ivryn (Victor Laybats). By using Sealed, you accept these terms.
Sealed is a group photo capsule. You and your friends capture moments from the camera; they stay sealed until a timer you set runs out, and then you open them together as a reveal. Sealed is a place to keep memories private until the moment you choose to share them, nothing more.
The photos and captions you create are yours. You are responsible for what you capture. Don't shoot or share illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's rights, and respect the privacy of the people around you and any local laws about filming others. When you add a moment to a shared capsule, you allow Sealed to store and display it to the other members of that capsule for the reveal.
We work hard to make Sealed reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any given moment will be preserved. Keep anything you truly can't lose backed up elsewhere.
Don't abuse the service, use it to harass others, upload unlawful content, attempt to break, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or try to circumvent its limits or its sealing mechanism.
Sealed may notify a group when a screenshot is taken during a reveal. This is a best-effort feature that depends on your device and operating system; it may not catch every screenshot and should not be relied upon as a guarantee.
Sealed is currently free to download and use. If optional paid features are introduced later, their terms and pricing will be shown in the app and billing will be handled by the App Store / Google Play; these terms will be updated accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivryn is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, including lost or unrevealed moments, or content shared within a capsule.
We may update the app and these terms; continued use means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the law applicable where the publisher is established.
