You can permanently delete your Sealed account. This action is irreversible.
Open Sealed → Settings → Delete my account, read the warning and confirm. The app deletes your account on the spot and signs you out. This option ships with version 1.10.1. If you do not see it yet, or you can no longer open the app, use the email path below.
Write to contact@victorlaybats.com from the address linked to your account, or include your friend code. A verified request is completed within 30 days.
A capsule where other members remain keeps living for them, without your photos. A capsule left empty is purged together with all of its files.
Independently of account deletion, capsule photos are removed from our servers 30 days after the capsule opens.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings first.
Anonymous purchase records required by the stores and limited security or legal records may remain where the law requires it. They no longer point to your account.
